Westfälische Stahlgesellschaft group of companies has been affected by a cyber attack since June 9, 2024.

The extent of the impact on the company is currently being assessed. However, a large part of the IT systems are currently not available, so that restrictions in production as well as in incoming and outgoing goods are to be expected.

At the present time, it cannot be ruled out that personal data has also been compromised as a result of the cyber attack.
